Spent Christmas in Cappadocia and it was amazing. The hotel was perfect with a great breakfast spread and an excellent spa. The location was ideal, being close to all the restaurants and shops. The unique cave room with a jacuzzi was truly a one-of-a-kind experience. The staff were always friendly and ready to help.
None really, except for the fact that the weather was a bit too cold for outdoor activities. Nevertheless, we still enjoyed exploring the region and visiting the interesting landmarks.

We have stayed in the another location, which is called MCD Otel.It was fantastic to join the welness in the own room with your own whirlpool. The rooms was great, big and very clean. Typical cave rooms were very authentic. The view from your room window is making you speechless
It was difficult to find the way to the hotel because of no signs.

Comfortable room, quiet neighborhood, 2 minutes walk from the bus station (connecting Urgup to other sites in Cappadocia), great Turkish breakfast (but also including a selection of cereals and dried fruits), good value for money (other hotels in Cappadocia are too expensive), nice internal courtyard, hepful staff
A bit difficult to find, no reading bed lamp

The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt safe, welcomed and like they were interested in us. Also, the location was great and we loved the town of Urgup. It was a perfect destination for a group of friends, family or couple.
We went during Ramadan and we could hear the wake up call drums from our room at 2am. This woke me up every night for a short time, but I think that would have happened anywhere, so maybe not so much a complaint as something to think about when choosing when you travel.

We were also pleased with the prices of our spacious room, which had two double beds put together and a large en-suite bathroom. The staff were attentive and the service was excellent. It's close to attractions in Goreme and within walking distance to fantastic food at Ziggy's Restaurant. Staff was helpful.
Overpriced, dirty, no A/C, no shower (only a bathtub with a shower on a hose), no hot water first night, not really a cave hotel, restaurant only serves breakfast. Much better real cave hotels are available 10km away in Goreme for less money. Wi-fi only worked in courtyard. Could hear neighbors through walls.

This hotel is perfectly located, with easy access to supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. Even on a super early morning flight from Istanbul, I could easily find the hotel and check-in. the room was clean, with a comfortable bed, large wardrobe, and well-equipped bathroom including a spa bath. the excellent service provided by the friendly staff made my stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the view from the rooftop terrace was breathtaking.
The hotel lacks a swimming pool, which may be a downside for some guests who enjoy swimming.
